Referral Ready^TM is a 15-week training and coaching program that prepares sales and non-sales professionals to network more strategically and increase their revenue through word-of-mouth referrals.

In addition to helping clients increase their referral business, Referral Ready^TM was designed specifically to fill the gap between traditional sales training and common networking instruction. Networking for referrals–as opposed to sales or just networking or networking for a job–requires a set of skills that are simply not being taught in our school systems or business classrooms.

Participants in Referral Ready^TM training will learn to:

• Overcome the mental barriers that stand in the way of building a successful referral business.

• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of their networking activity.

• Understand the relationship between marketing, networking activity, and the way referrals are generated.

• Empower their best customers to refer more customers that fit their ideal client profile.

• Maintain relationships with and motivate their best referral sources.

Your customized Referral Ready^TM program will consist of the following:

• Convenient online instruction via a personal website account for each participant.
• Reminder e-mails and micro-lessons with action items, quizzes, and improvement activities to focus on the most important concepts.
• Live coaching sessions, one after completion of each of five main topic areas, to further process, reinforce, and apply material.
• Real-time measurement of participation, engagement, retention, and actual learning on a daily or weekly basis, which can be used for motivation, accountability, or comparison purposes.
